This firm has traditionally been associated with the defense side of civil litigation, and the firm represents the insured's of a number of insurers, including State Farm, Travelers, Mercury, Georgia Farm Bureau, General Casualty, and Auto-Owners, as well as others. In addition, we defend first party claims and handle coverage issues, including the filing of declaratory judgment actions for insurers for which we work. Through the Georgia Municipal Association, we defend suits filed against cities in this area, and through the Association of County Commissioners of Georgia, we defend suits filed against counties.
